
Receptionist & Administration Support - Physiotherapy Practice

The Melbourne Hydrotherapy Centre is a purpose-built, Aquatic Physiotherapy private practice in St.Kilda East, operating since 1989.
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and mature-minded professional receptionist to join our team.
The successful applicant will be working alongside another team member during the majority of the shifts.
Face-to-face customer service experience is essential.
The position is permanent part-time, initially 1 full day and up to 3 half days per week.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing client files including appointments, accounts and invoices
- Operating practice management software (Cliniko)
- Cash handling
- Attending the reception desk
- Assisting clients as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following opening and closing procedures of the pool as required
SKILLS:
- *Able to competently use practice management software
- *Able to competently use a HICAPS / EFTPOS terminal
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised, punctual and reliable
*On-site training will be provided
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Complete administration tasks on time
- Deal with clients, suppliers, third party insurers and other employees professionally at all times
- Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St Kilda East, VIC 3183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
