**About the Role**

We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our global supply chain and ensure every collection meets the highest standards of quality, compliance and sustainability. This role goes beyond “delivery” - you’ll be a key partner in protecting margin, ensuring ethical practices and driving sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end production across categories, from sampling to delivery, across apparel and non-apparel categories.
- Build strong global supplier partnerships, negotiating cost, lead times and quality.
- Oversee the production critical path to ensure on-time launches.
- Lead supplier audits and ensure compliance with global regulations and standards.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, compliance and sustainability KPIs.
- Oversee sustainability certifications and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Work with luxury-quality materials and factories producing high-end fashion.
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Design, QA and Marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery.
- Proactively identify risks in the supply chain and put contingency plans in place.
- Mentor junior team members, building capability within the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in production or responsible sourcing within fashion/apparel.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims and production processes.
- Experience managing global supply chains and supplier relationships.
- Expertise in compliance, audits and sustainability certifications.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on cost, margin and negotiations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve production issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Ability to inspire, mentor and influence cross-functional teams.
