**Our Family**:

- We're a friendly and busy professional couple living in Stafford Heights with our two sons - T, who is 3 and attends daycare, and newborn J, born on 18/03/25. I run my own digital marketing business from home and am looking for some extra support during the week while I work. Our home is warm, welcoming, and lively with two young boys, and we're hoping to find someone who can become a trusted part of our family's routine.

**Your Duties**:

- Duties will primarily involve caring for our newborn, J, including supporting feeding and settling routines, changing nappies, and engaging in age-appropriate stimulation. Light household tasks during nap times are also expected, such as folding washing, sterilising bottles, loading/unloading the dishwasher and general tidying. On occasion, you may be asked to care for our 3-year-old, T if he's home. Flexibility for additional hours or weekend support would be appreciated when work commitments arise.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal caregiver is warm, experienced, and confident with newborns, with a genuine love for working with young children. They're reliable, proactive, and happy to support feeding and sleep routines, as well as help with light household tasks during nap times. Strong communication is important to us, so we're looking for someone who feels comfortable asking questions and working closely with us as a team. A current first aid certificate, driver's licence, and relevant references are essential. Flexibility for occasional extra hours or weekend help would be a big plus.
