House Manager/Nanny Needed in Balgowlah Heights Start Date: ASAP Days: Monday - Thursday, 12pm - 5/6pm Rate: Negotiable We are seeking an experienced, caring, and highly organised Housekeeper/Nanny to support a busy professional family in Balgowlah Heights with two children (aged 5 and 7). The role is ideal for someone confident juggling household duties with after-school care and activities. About the Role This is a long-term, part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with some additional weekend babysitting available by arrangement. The position requires a proactive multitasker who can keep the household running smoothly in the afternoons while ensuring the children are cared for, engaged, and having fun. Key Responsibilities * School pick-ups and supervision of after-school activities * Planning and engaging the children in play, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities * Preparing healthy family dinners and snacks * Light housekeeping, including: * General tidying and household organisation * Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) * Unstacking/stacking dishwasher * Grocery shopping and pantry management * Occasional errands and household support as needed The Ideal Candidate * Minimum 2 years' experience caring for school-aged children * Caring, trustworthy, organised, and self-motivated * Confident driver with a full NSW licence (family can supply car seats and reimburse mileage) * Comfortable managing a busy household and taking initiative * Enjoys cooking nutritious meals for the whole family Requirements * Working With Children Check * Current First Aid Certificate * Full NSW Driver Licence and own car This role would suit a capable all-rounder who takes pride in helping a family's week run smoothly.
