**POSITION FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT**

**Location**: South Yarra

**Hours**: 3-4 days a week ; weekdays and Saturdays between 8am-8pm. Some Saturdays may not be needed

**Pay**: Casual Rate within miscellaneous award system.
- Starts at $25 an hour, including overtime, super and weekend rates.

**Requisites**:

- Reliable vehicle
- Flexibility and availability
- Love and enthusiasm for dogs and animals.

**Objectives** **and Key Responsibilities**:
As a Personal Assistant you will provide one on one support and work personally within the company by offering timely managed personal and administrative assistance that includes but is not limited to:

- Monitoring payments, bills and invoices both within the business and personal.
- Drafting communications and acting as a point of contact between other positions.
- Training new staff as well as working closely with previous staff.
- Planning and organizing meetings and travel.
- Conducting and preparing research that may be required
- Joining in on meetings and taking notes.
- Household maintenance.
- Personal aid and Pet care.
- Delivering and picking up resources.
- Preparing meals prior to the week beginning.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Yarra, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
