Looking for a Personal Assistant to join our small, but supportive team. We manage some of the newest faces to the industry & work with brands both in Australia and globally.

- Reporting directly to the CEO/COO

WHO YOU ARE.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a sharp eye for detail to everything you do. As an Assistant to our Director and COO, you’ll handle a variety of business administration tasks, from coordinating office orders and managing schedules to booking flights and accommodations. You’ll also run errands, review paperwork, and draft contracts.

This role has a creative edge, with opportunities to brainstorm, source contacts, and help shape client communications. You’re a trustworthy, hard-working individual who cares about the impact you make on the agency and its success.

WHAT YOU BRING.
- Proven experience in office administration and/or personal assisting
- Attention to detail and fast paced execution
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
