As the **Account Manager - Licensee Support**, you will be the main point of contact for our licensees across Australia. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their ongoing success by providing exceptional support, maintaining strong relationships, and helping them grow within their local markets.

This role requires a mix of client service, operations coordination, and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with our training, marketing, and operations teams to ensure every licensee feels supported, informed, and empowered.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with licensees across the country
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day support, inquiries, and business development advice
- Conduct regular check-ins with licensees to ensure they are meeting goals and following brand standards
- Assist new licensees during onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver support on marketing, operations, and compliance
- Track licensee performance and provide insights or strategies for improvement
- Help identify opportunities for licensee growth, including local marketing or service expansion
- Monitor industry trends and relay relevant updates or strategies to the network
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools

Pay: $31.50 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
