
Hse Assistant/document Controller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the HSE team in implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures across the workplace.
- Monitor and update HSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Manage and control HSE records, including incident reports, audits, training records, and certifications.
- Provide administrative support to HSE team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Assist in preparing safety meeting minutes, toolbox talks, and other safety-related communications.
- Support in organizing safety training programs and maintaining records of employee training.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure proper document flow and adherence to HSE protocols.
- Assist with Greenstar documentation.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a HSE support or document control role, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Greenstar highly regarded.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Relevant certification or qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. - is preferred but not essential
- Experience with HSE management systems and safety reporting tools.
