HSE is a specialist provider of large-scale mining services to Australia’s resources sector. In addition to providing earthmoving and other contract mining services, HSE provides heavy equipment rental to mining sites with its fleet of large-scale and ancillary earthmoving and excavating machinery.

**We are looking for an experienced Fleet Long Term Planner to join the Head Office Fleet team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your key focus will be to manage the long-term maintenance forecasting of HSE’s major equipment.**:
**Key aspects of this role include**:

- Liaise with key suppliers to ensure supply of required components
- Plan and manage major offsite machine rebuilds including assisting with scope and variations
- Plan services for the Production and Maintenance departments by ensuring the development of accurate and timely forecast plans
- Interfaces closely with both the project Planners and Fleet Specialists to ensure that the mining process and maintenance activities align with the mine production plan
- Collaborate with Managers and Superintendents to identify improvement opportunities for operations and maintenance
- Ensure the Long-Term Planning data is kept up to date and accurate
- Trade or Engineering Qualifications or Equivalent
- Significant experience in maintenance planning/scheduling
- Asset costing and budgeting experience within heavy industry, exceptional communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement will be essential
- A high-level knowledge of AMT as well as MS Projects and a solid understanding of the coal mining process and relevant mining legislation will be highly regarded.
- Experience within a Mining contracting environment, desirable.
