**About the role**

We're committed to driving continuous improvement in how we manage our service providers. Key aspects of this role include:
**Lead the evolution of service provider governance**: Set policies, publish guidelines, and enhance operational efficiencies in managing service providers across the enterprise.

**Strategic roadmap delivery**: Develop and facilitate implementation of a roadmap that enhances service provider management in line with Australian Retirement Trust's (ART's) values and strategic goals.

You will need to engage, collaborate, influence and plan with the Commercial Performance and Governance team, Vendor Manager community, senior business stakeholders and risk and legal teams.

Day to day, you'll:

- Develop and maintain service provider frameworks, policies, and guidelines for cost-effective and compliant outcomes in member's best financial interest.
- Provide ongoing training and support to business stakeholders and procurement teams, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to drive innovation and improve service provider management.
- Lead a team of supplier due diligence specialists.

This role is available as a **full-time/ permanent opportunity** (This role is known internally as Manager - Service Provider Governance and Frameworks).

- Demonstrated change program experience, in a delivery role capacity.
- Ability to anticipate future and current needs of the business, and able to respond to changing business and environmental conditions.
- Understanding of service provider legislation and regulations, contemporary practices and other contractual codes and standards across the supplier lifecycle.
- Experience in managing supplier contracts and relationships and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Strong cross functional and collaborative leadership, planning and management skills.
- Operational risk mindset, including an appreciation of lines of defence and appropriate control design and effectiveness.
- High level of influencing, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
