Reporting into the Install Manager, the Install Administrator is responsible for daily delivery operations. This consists of the delivery of appliances at customers’ premises in a timely and professional manner. The Install Admin will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team. The Install Admin will operate and align with
company values.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate install activities, including the movement of goods and personnel.
- Liaise with drivers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Manage and update transportation databases and records accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments, warehouse, and customer service, to optimise installation processes.
- Approving contractor invoices.
- Follow up on missing payments, manifests and outstanding return orders.
- Optimise transportation schedules to maximise efficiency and reduce operating costs.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years install and logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem solving.
- Results and targets driven with a proactive can do approach.
- Intermediate level computer literacy including Google Suite, Microsoft Office and the use of large ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Good multitasking skills and experience.
- Excellent team player.

**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position.
- Kemps Creek NSW.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
