Ultra Air Conditioning, is a leading Australian company since 1999 providing residential and commercial air
- conditioning sales, installations, annual services, and corrective maintenance to the building industry and private market.
We are located in Eastern Creek. We are currently seeking a Service, Maintenance, and Warranty Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role involves liaising with the Service Manager to ensure that all jobs are scheduled, and all equipment and necessary tools are available.
**The Role**
- Customer-based administration role, well suited to an applicant with a positive attitude
- Managing the workflow including Coordinating and confirming services booked with clients
- Planning and booking service technicians ensuring all equipment and necessary tools are available
- Liaise with service technicians in regard to job schedules
- Identify sales opportunities
- Ensuring all relevant work and associated admin is completed daily and efficiently
- Making outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments and clarify information
- Cross-functional support
- You will also be liaising directly with our clients
- The role requires an eye for detail and the ability to handle change as it occurs.

- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to ensure workload is completed within expected time frames
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy required
- Be well organised.
- Positive and motivated attitude with a can-do approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent computer skills. This includes Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with a CRM is essential but use with Simpro would be highly regarded.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $64,861.08 per year
