**Office Manager - All Round Awesome Human** Advertising is an exciting and innovative industry. Installing out-of-home advertising is a specialised field. At Prime Signs, we have nailed this process for over 50 years through 3 generations of installers. Our industry has changed a lot in the past decade especially and we have changed with it. It’s a great fit Our people are our priority - they are the backbone of our operations, in and out of the office. It’s at this point, that you come in: our new Office Manager. **What you can expect in the Office Manager role at Prime Signs**: Your own downstairs office in our family owned factory at Slacks Creek. All the relevant technology and telecommunications that you could need. A space where you learn to understand our industry and the strict expectations of our clients (in the advertising world, there’s no room for error). A role where you liaise, communicate and coordinate scheduled works and humans. A requirement to follow up on people, processes and outcomes, but in a cyclical way: there’s no “inventing the wheel required”, just you, being great. A full-time job that is 8:30-5:30, Monday to Friday but with work on a Saturday every 4th week. Sometimes, a Sunday too. Please read that again: we need you to be at work 1 x Saturday every 4 weeks and you’ll receive the calendar for the whole year so you can plan around it. There’s street parking available, right outside our premises. (Our driveway is super busy with trucks and other vehicles in-and-out so street parking is essential for you). You get paid every week and receive an employment contract once your probationary period is over. (This is great for us both). You’ll receive expert training to get you started and on-going support from our leadership duo but we’re hoping you’re amazing and handle the role independently, in a short amount of time. You’ll always have someone to communicate with or report to each day, and our clients will love to get to know you, so being a people person is the fun part. **Things we’d love about you**: - Excellence in office management and solid professionalism - Organisation - mental and physical - Attention to detail - Fast response times to client needs - Confidence in communication - Mental stamina and the handling of cyclical advertising installation processes - A bonafide hard working attitude - Loyalty and genuinely being nice to people - The ability to get sweaty sometimes in the factory and smile about it - Efficacy in office management/operating, reporting, completing general office duties - Excellence in coordinating installations for our Advertising Installers - Pure brilliance in monitoring the factory storage of advertising material Touching on that 4th week/Saturday work, it’s when the billboard installation lunar "run" occurs (yes, the moon dictates the calendar), you will be required to work in our offices that Saturday and possible Sunday. Overtime work is generally also required during that 4th week installation period - it’s our busiest time and we need you to be there to ensure things go smoothly. The exact job details and industry-specific knowledge you’ll need will be discussed with you, in depth at the interview. Salary will also be talked about and the probationary period too, which, is handy for us both.
