**ABOUT THE BUSINESS**

**ROLE**

The campus manager’s role is to lead, organise, plan and control the day-to-day operations of the Success Tutoring campus. It is to provide a welcoming environment for tutors, students and parents. It is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the service.
- Operate, manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the business and its performance in accordance with the provided guidelines.
- Advertise, interview, train and maintain tutors and assistant managers.
- Manage the administration of the business such as maintaining accurate records and enrolling new members.
- Listen to staff and customer feedback, track relevant Key Performance Indicators and report to the franchise partner.

**REMUNERATION**

~ $30-50 p/h + Bonus

**QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Must be undergoing or completing a bachelor degree at university
- Received adequate results during year 12
