Our brand new purpose built Gregory Hills Two centre is a 197 place centre, which is anticipated to open in early 2026.

Our purpose built Gregory Hills One centre has been rated all seven areas of exceeding in the 2023 Assessment & Rating.

Our Five Dock centre is proudly rated as exceeding in the 2021 Assessment & Rating.

**Your role**

**Your core responsibilities will include the following**
- Lead day-to-day operations, creating a positive, enriching environment for children.
- Support and mentor a dedicated team of educators, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain high-level compliance with all regulatory requirements under the National Quality Framework.
- Build strong relationships with families, children and the wider community.
- Manage continuous professional development and educator performance.
- Ensure smooth operations that align with the centre’s business goals.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- A Bachelor Degree in early childhood or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in early childhood
- Hands-on experience running a large centre at Assistant Director level, minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as office admin skills
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and A&R process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
