**About the role**
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless executive support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and maintaining the Managing Director's agenda, planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Advising on time-sensitive and priority issues to the Managing Director, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of company executives.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
- Handling confidential documents to ensure they remain secure.
**About you**
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills.
- Advanced organizational, time management, and initiative.
- Proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of business protocols and cultural contexts
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, organization, and confidentiality
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting.
