**The Opportunity**:
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced **Executive Assistant**. This position has direct responsibility for carrying out the administrative management duties for the Regional General Manager or our Northern Region.

You will be responsible for a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth business operations by delivering exceptional organisational support including event management and project coordination.

**Role Located**:Wacol, QLD

**What we are looking for**:

- A degree in Business Administration is mandatory
- 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position supporting Senior Leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced in MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and resilient to change
