**About the Opportunity**
We have great opportunity for an organised, friendly, and professional individual to join our Industry Skills team Operating from our new Industry Training Hub located in Yanchep, this position will play an important role in carrying out the administrative functions required to assist the Career Facilitator to deliver Industry Training Hub services.
This is a role where no two days will be the same, you will be involved in a range of activities such as:

- Providing reception duties at the Industry Training Hub location
- Booking of appointments and assist with diary management of the Career Facilitator
- Answering phone call enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Providing support to running of Steering Committee meetings, including preparing agenda and taking minutes
- Creating regular content and updating social media platforms
- Assisting with contract reporting and data collection
- General administrative duties

**About you**
You will be an administrative all-rounder with at least two years’ experience working in an admin/reception role. Your professional edge paired with your strong organisational and multitasking skills will drive a positive impact in the output of this role.

Contributing to your success in this role will be:

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy with advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in preparing agendas, taking minutes and managing committees
- Competency with creating presentations using PowerPoint
- The ability to create content and update social media platforms
- Experience with data entry and reporting that is delivered in an accurate and timely manner
- A strong ability to operate with integrity and to a high ethical standard as overseeing the establishment of contracts and managing personal data and information.
