**Working hours: Mon - Fri - Business hours ( working from home flexibilities)**

**Start date: ASAP Start**

**Duration: approx. 3 months**

**Locations: Henderson**

**Pay rate: $30-35 p/h depending on experience**

**The Role**

As the HR/ Training Administrator, you'll be responsible for creating a learner friendly training environment. You are someone who prides themselves on keeping organised and actively maintain clear lines of communication. By smoothly managing all the details, you'll contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Training Team members with training coordination processes.
- Scheduling training sessions
- Compliance of traning requirements for the RTO
- Update and maintain the permit database and sending reminders
- Communicate professionally and tactfully, especially concerning confidential information.
- Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders, facilitators, and learners.
- Improve training processes and take initiative to increase efficiency and improve experience.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for other team members to deliver.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally previous experience in training admin
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good understanding of warehouse operations
- Great sense of humour and ability to work within a team
- Ability to pick up systems quickly and easily
- Basic understanding of HSEQT metrics desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skill level
- Must have a National Police Clearance or be able to pass one
