**The Opportunity**
EnerMech currently have an opportunity for a HR Assistant/ Graduate on a full time basis to join the team in Henderson or Melbourne.

Reporting to the HR Manager this role will provide administrative support to the HR function particularly the deliverables of HR Services workstream inclusive of preparing contracts and letters; managing HR InBox; systems data entry; maintaining personnel files; processing onboarding of new starters and separation of employees inclusive of exit process; participating and/or leading process improvement initiatives.

There will be a requirement to support the team with other administrative duties and projects/people program initiatives as required.
- Experience in a similar role as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR or within a fast paced organization undertaking administration work;
- Efficient and accurate data entry and documentation preparation abilities;
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi task;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm to be able to deliver required outcomes daily;
- Intermediate MS Office skills;
- Learning agile to develop HR skills and experience;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Track record of building positive working relationships within teams and customers.
