**About the role**
As the Practice Manager at ZORTEX ORTHOTICS', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our central office. Full-time or negotiable part-time hours available.
**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and oversee all office administrative functions, including reception, appointment scheduling, data entry, patient records, and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to leadership and clinical teams by managing schedules, organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working directly with patients, families, carers, medical professionals and external medical administrators.
- Coordinate office supplies and facility maintenance to maintain a professional and organised work environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by taking on additional tasks as needed
**What we're looking for**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Experience in the medical or allied health field is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently coordinate multiple clinic schedules
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving and managing the dynamic needs of a busy practice and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Proficient in using office software including Microsoft Office Suite and Myob
- As a registered NDIS company, preference will be given to applicants with NDIS experience
- Knowledge of office management best practices, policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
- A meticulous approach to handling sensitive information, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- An enthusiasm for learning, improving processes, and contributing to the practice’s success and reputation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
