This well established practice in Artarmon is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for an immediate start, 4 or 5 days per week. You will be overseeing the day to day running of the reception area, managing an appointment book for two Dentist’s and one Dental Hygienist.

The practice is based in a central location close to public transport, the practice offers a modern workplace with all the latest technology. The practice has tenure with staff, and has many long term staff members.

The role:
The role is Monday - Friday and can be part time or full time

**Duties include**:

- Making appointments
- Customer service
- Recalls
- Confirming appointments
- Invoicing
- Handling all calls

**About you**:
You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Reception role or combined DA/Reception position. Attention to detail, proactive personality and ability to work well in a team will set you apart from the rest for this role.
