Principal Advisor

In the role of Principal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and prioritising the program of work and delivery of service including a focus on managing a team within Capability, Engagement and Learning.
**What you will do**:
- Assist in the strategic management of Customer Services Branch, driving impactful changes in policies, procedures, and service delivery. Collaborate with other units and Product Leadership Teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of reforms.
- Build and maintain effective networks, consult with internal and external partners, including government agencies and stakeholders. Influence the development of legislation and policies, and implementation plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Create plans for projects or teams, track progress, and report on performance against business objectives. Ensure achievement of performance indicators, project deliverables, and deadlines.
- Provide expertise and specialist advice to your Manager, Directors, Product Leadership Teams and key stakeholders on matters relating to the policy and procedures frameworks and issues relating to service delivery to support informed decision making.
- Lead and manage resources in the delivery of a work program to ensure that business outputs, performance indicators, project deliverables and deadlines are achieved.

- Demonstrated success in driving strategic changes in policies, procedures, and service delivery outcomes.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective networks with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Ability to create comprehensive project plans, track progress, and report on performance against business objectives.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage resources to achieve business outputs, performance indicators, project deliverables, and deadlines.
