**What your day to day looks like**:

- Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining documentation, plans, and reports in line with **Emeco **standards
- Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office
- Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
- Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
- Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
- At least 2 years’ experience as a **Site Administrator**:

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
- Must have full working rights within Australia
