**FIFO Site Administrator**

Previous experience in a similar position in the construction or engineering industries
Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and month-end accruals
Excellent IT skills
Strong communication and organisational skills

**What to expect in this role**:
Timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets
Ensure all site based payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
Document preparation and file maintenance
Safety data collection and reports general correspondence as required
Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site
