This organisation with offices in Melbourne and Sydney is an established brand owner, manufacturer and exporter of formulated dairy and non dairy nutritional products and health and wellness brands.
Along with their own proprietary brands they offer extensive contract manufacturing capability to provide the best diversified health and wellness products to consumers globally.
Their products are found in major supermarkets, petrol and convenience chains throughout ANZ and international markets in Asia and the Middle East
They are a trusted partner in production, contract manufacturing and packing premium products for well known global brands providing products for pharmacy chains, retail and sports nutrition companies
**The role**
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is accountable for the company's contract manufacturing sales couple with new business development and will work closely with finance and operations to design and implement sales and new business strategies as part of the overall business plans and strategies.
This role will support the company's business development plan in setting and driving profitable sales including new business, trade spend and net sales targets.

- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Achievement of revenue and margin targets
- Lead Sales and Business Development strategies and execute that strategy
- Develop and implement new business initiatives
- Support the New Product development process
**What you can offer**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline
- Proven success in an FMCG senior sales role
- Experience in a copacking and manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform in a small and committed team
- Proven success in securing new business
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
