Our Client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team of 30 and be the face of their reputable business.

**The Opportunity**

As the Receptionist of our Client's company, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their inquiries, answering phone calls, and managing office administrative tasks. Collaborating closely with the Office Manager, you will also be responsible for keeping the office well-equipped with necessary stationery, paperwork, and other essential supplies, contributing to the smooth functioning of the workplace.

**Your responsibilities & duties**
- Answer customer calls
- Direct customer inquiries to relevant staff
- Greeting customers
- Manage all outgoing mail
- Ordering of all office stationery and general housekeeping supplies
- General administration duties such as filing, scanning documents, and faxing
- Assist with any other tasks as required

**Your skills & experience**
- Exposure to working in the trade industry is preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
