We are looking to recruit a Campaign Manager, Partner Marketing, reporting to our Head of Partner Marketing. The role will commence on a 14 mth parental leave fixed term contract and will help us deliver on our divisional targets, through managing the development and delivery of integrated multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies and programs for the Financial Institutions (FI) and Automotive businesses.

**Responsibilities in the role**:
- Lead the development of marketing growth strategies and campaigns that Financial Institutions and Automotive dealers can deliver to potential and existing customers either through White Label or Co-branded offerings.
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans in consultation with the FI and Automotive teams, Marketing division and COEs (Centers of Excellence).
- Manage the Marketing interface for the FI and Automotive divisions-bringing together specialist teams and cross-business representatives, to deliver integrated end-to-end, customer focused multi-channel and multi-audience marketing programs.
- Leverage a deep understanding of customers, product strategy and the competitive context, to craft compelling propositions and marketing briefs that effectively position our FI and Automotive partners in the market to distribute Insurance products against key business and financial objectives.
- Develop a library of integrated advertising, retail and owned campaigns that Partners can manage and implement under their own brand or as a co-branded offering.
- Manage the delivery of partner plans and assets to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget, ensuring that they are compliant and within the AAL risk appetite.
- Ensure all advertising materials and campaigns are aligned and consistent with the Allianz brand and customer value proposition, and all communications are compliant and approved
- Identify and monitor campaign effectiveness metrics, ensuring results are used to refine the campaign approach or to inform the approach to future campaigns
- Distil campaign, sales and competitive data and reporting to identify how to optimise marketing activity and investment.
**To be successful**:
- You’ll have prior experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns across a number of marketing channels
- Demonstrated commercial focus and accumen, with budget management skills and experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaign methodologies and channel selection
- Demonstrated experience in using customer insight, sales and channel data to drive value and insights to action
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering complex programs and projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Able to identify, analyse and assess risks inherent to the business and put in place appropriate controls / actions to manage the risks for future sustainability.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
