We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences. You'll drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across email, paid media and partner channels, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver measurable results.

What you'll do

  • Own the marketing campaign calendar and coordinate cross-functional delivery
  • Execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, content, partner)
  • Manage lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement and retention
  • Design and test growth experiments to improve conversion and activation
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Support organic social growth and build social proof through reviews

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years' experience managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with tools like GA4, HubSpot or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Test-and-learn mindset; adaptable and proactive
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
