Waters Edge Group manages 14 residential complexes throughout the Gold Coast whilst employing a team of 13 whom controll all factors of ground maintenance including gardens and lawns and property management expertise to over 250 investors of the 1300 lots we oversee.

We are after a team that will bring administration skills that include, REI, QuickBooks and MYOB and exceptional gardening experience who will oversee and manage all complexes with a team of six.

In the office you will work with a team of 7 managing all aspects of property management and accounting whilst dealing with the residents of the complex.

On the grounds and in the gardens, you will work with a team of 6 managing all aspects that include rosters, plant maintenance, mowing, hedge trimming, gardening, pruning and propagation.

We provide the option for you to join our team as contractors (ABN) or full-time employees (TFN), whatever suits your requirements with a general work week in the grounds Monday to Friday starting at 700am-3pm and in the office from 900am-500pm - occasional Saturday work would only be for emergencies.

Your package includes a salary of $100K per annum and the necessary tools to complete your roles including mobile phone, business cards and full uniforms and work ute, a modern four-bedroom house with internet, electricity (within reason), water and plenty of parking is also offered.
