**About the Role**
As an Infrastructure Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and building out Canva’s observability & reliability platform, simultaneously accelerating our engineering teams while supporting the ever-increasing needs of our enterprise customers. This role is central to improving the engineering experience for teams working directly on Canva, teams that build internal tools and support systems, and acquisitions that we bring into the Canva family to supercharge our mission to Empower the World to Design.

As a Platform Product Manager, you’ll be part of a highly talented group of product managers who are continually evolving what it means to build products and capabilities for both internally and externally facing teams. You’ll have an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of an area of product management that isn’t always talked about, but is truly essential to truly scaling world-class product and engineering organisations.

**You're probably a match if**
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platforms, cloud providers, software development, and current technology trends.
- Experience with and exposure to advanced observability and reliability platforms, SRE environments and/or delivering business critical platforms will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Your ability to translate the complexities
- Strategic thinker with a track record of executing large-scale projects successfully in technical platforms, cloud services, or other related areas.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is preferred.
- You likely very have high standards and deep appreciation for quality, scale and reliability and what it means to make that a reality.
- Experience with technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch or similar will be highly regarded, as will experience delivering large scale metrics, insights and data visualisation experiences.

The Infra Supergroup at Canva aim to make complex technology simple for Canvanauts by building foundational platforms that will propel Canva’s growth. The scope is broad: every week, thousands of developers interact with the tools, utilities, and platforms that Infra provides. Infra plays a direct role in improving developer impact across the entire software lifecycle. More than just a set of tools, Infra aims to improve developer happiness and unlock innovations that empower Canva teams to delight users, enter new markets and provide a highly-reliability experience to users around the world.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive key reliability platform and infrastructure initiatives that will accelerate the entire engineering cohort at Canva, making it easy for our product teams to build features and experiences that run to the highest standards of reliability.

We’re looking for someone who can provide clarity in highly technical, complex areas, and maximise the positive impact we have on Canva’ engineering teams and users around the world.
