The corporate group currently operates its business activities in China, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.

**Position Overview**:
As a Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial stability and driving strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support the company’s growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and investment activities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
