**The Venue**

Surfers Pavilion, the most vibrant, waterfront venue in the iconic Surfers Paradise.

With uninterrupted river views, the best produce and refreshing cocktails, Surfers Pavilion is perfect for after work drinks, a day with your friends or a whole night out

**The Role**

As a Manager at Surfers Pavilion, your key focuses will include.
- Leading a large team of fun-loving individuals to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
- Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.
- Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience.
- Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top line sales.

**The Person**

Previous experience as a manager in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of the industry.
Strong working knowledge of related computer software.
Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to plan and forecast
Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional delegation skills.
Current QLD RSA
Complaint handling and conflict resolution
Previous experience in staff performance reviews & staff disciplinary action
Previous experience rostering staff.

Ideally, we would love to meet someone with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, has a great can-do attitude, and a focus on guest experience.
