The business is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise group integrating real estate development, property management, financial investment, cultural tourism, health care and the nursery industry. The corporate group currently operates its business activities in China, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.

We seek an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across our growing Australian operations. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring strategic oversight, cross-departmental collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to support our executive team and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations, including procurement, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for office expenditures.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders (clients, investors, partners).
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Australian labor laws.
- Organize team-building activities and corporate events.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations (workplace health/safety, data privacy, etc.).
- Manage insurance policies, licenses, and company registrations.
- Support contract administration and document control.
- Assist in preparing proposals, client pitches, and market research.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with international offices to align processes and communications.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, software licenses, and office systems (e.g., CRM, accounting tools).
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and recommend tech solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5+ years in office management, operations, or executive support (preferably in real estate, finance, or multinational firms).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana), and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Leadership aptitude with problem-solving and decision-making confidence.
