**We're Hiring: Part-Time Payroll Administrator (3 Days/Week)**

**The Opportunity** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Payroll Administrator** to join our People & Culture team. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a strong background in payroll operations who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process payroll accurately and on time for designated business units.
- Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems (Micropay, Humanforce, Bob, Carelink+).
- Verify timesheets, leave forms, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll-related payments including superannuation, PAYG, and salary packaging.
- Respond to employee queries regarding pay and entitlements.
- Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist with HR system administration and data integrity.
- Provide backup support for Payroll Coordinator and People Systems Analyst.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in payroll administration or support.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and entitlements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Micropay) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
