**About Us**:
Nutrition and Dietetics are part of the multidisciplinary team providing a comprehensive range of specialist surgical and medical nutrition services. Dietitians deliver services to inpatients, speciality outpatient clinical, dedicated dietetic led clinics and community services.

This is a fixed term full-time role until 7th November 2025 (parental leave). You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic Nutrition and Dietetic and multi-disciplinary team where you will have a pivotal role in contributing to a positive team culture.

In this important role, you will have the opportunity to
- Collaborate with the Nutrition and Dietetic workforce to identify future skill set requirements
- Support the team to identify learning needs and work in collaboration with all team members to develop, deliver and evaluate initiatives to meet these needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development and competency-based education to support Nutrition and Dietetics to deliver evidence-based services to Monash Health bed-based clients
- Support individual dietitians skill development
- Foster a learning environment for dietitians

**What you need**:

- Dietitians Australia accredited Dietetics degree (or hold a Dietitians Australia mutually recognised Dietetics degree from New Zealand or have passed the Dietitians Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process)
- Eligibility for Accredited Practising (APD) membership
- At least 7 years’ post qualifying experience which includes Adult bed-based and community based experience
