**About the Role**
We are seeking a Exercise Physiologist to join our national Allied Health team, primarily servicing South East Melbourne. This is a role that involves delivering both face-to-face and Telehealth support to individuals participating in vocational education and employment programs.
You will work closely with local delivery teams and a national Allied Health framework to provide outcome-driven interventions that improve participants’ work readiness, health and well-being.
Please note: This role requires travel across the region and may evolve as new opportunities emerge.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver evidence-based Allied Health consultations to individuals and groups (face-to-face and Telehealth).
- Provide individualised and group-based support, connecting clients with appropriate local networks and services.
- Assess physical and psychosocial functioning to design tailored intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold privacy and governance standards.
- Support the growth of the Allied Health service through proactive engagement and collaboration.
- Work with internal teams to identify client needs and service opportunities.
- Stay professionally current through ongoing learning and development**.**

You are a proactive, client-centered practitioner who’s passionate about making a difference. You are looking for more than just a job—you want to help build a growing Allied Health service and be part of a collaborative national team.
**You’ll ideally bring**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering Allied Health services in employment, education, or community settings.
- A willingness to contribute to business development—you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re open to learning and engaging.
- Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
**Essential**:
- Degree in Exercise Physiology with current registration with ESSA.
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and valid Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain).
