**Allied Health Assistant (AHA) Grade 2 or 3 - Two positions available**:

- Based in the Physiotherapy Department at Dandenong Hospital (Acute) - Join our team on a fixed-term full time capacity until 20th February 2026
- Based at the Physiotherapy Department at the Kingston Centre (Sub Acute) - Join our team on a permanent part-time capacity

**About the Role**

We are excited to offer these opportunities to join the acute Physiotherapy Allied Health Assistant team. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team that offers support and promotes growth. The Grade 2 or 3 AHA is responsible for the provision of assistance to Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals. They perform work of a general nature under the delegation and supervision of allied health professionals including, but not limited to, the following:

- Work with direct supervision to implement therapeutic and related activities, in individual and group settings
- Provide clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals implementing therapy programs in consultation with the Allied Health Professionals
- Provide non-clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals including but not limited to administrative and cleaning duties

As part of the Allied Health team, you will be expected to work across sites as required.

**About You**

**What you need**:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV (preferred) in Allied Health Assistance
- If Grade 3 AHA, minimum 3 years’ experience (full time equivalent) and Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance are required
- Relevant experience working as an AHA in a health care setting preferred
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
