Are you an experienced Administration Assistant? Ready to hit the ground running in a 4 Month temporary Assignment.

**About the Role**

A construction business in the Inner West are looking for someone who can work onsite as an Administration Assistant supporting Project Director for a particular project in Warwick Farm.

**Your Duties will Include**
- Handling complete segments of a Department's administrative work under mínimal supervision.
- Classifying, indexing, maintaining and updating both manual and electronic filing systems
- Maintaining or assisting with accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices
- Answering incoming calls, operating switchboard, fax machine and other electronic/digital office equipment
- Ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records
- Typing correspondence
- Organising travel and accommodation.
- Maintaining and organising the repair of all office machines and equipment.
- Maintain office calendars - Meeting / training rooms

We are looking for someone who has administration experience and is comfortable working on site in a construction environment.
