**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administration Clerk to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Office. The successful applicant will have predominately support the overflow of the tasks throughout the accounts department particularly in banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Ordering of all stationary for the group to ensure the stock is always filled
- All cash, cheques and eftpos are reconciled and correctly applied
- Recording of all appropriate information to charge correct department
- Assist other team members with administration tasks
- Distribution of mail to internal/external as needed
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- At least 12 months experience in reception, office administration or similar experience
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven organisational skills and be able to multi-task
