**Executive Assistant to CEO**

Great Southern Bank is seeking a new Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional secretarial and administration support, whilst serving as a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem-solver. This position is located at our Head Office, situated on 300 George Street, Brisbane CBD.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the Chief Executive Officer can work efficiently and effectively by managing their diary, organising appointments, incoming correspondences, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on the CEO's behalf with internal and external executives and CEOs, team members, board members, industry stakeholders and key clients.
- Provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, critical analysis, and administrative support.
- Support Executive Committee meeting coordination, including minute taking.
- Maintain filing systems, reconcile credit card / expenses, order stationary supplies, circulate daily mail and complete other administration support as required.
- Provide project and administration support as required.
- Working closely with the Executive team and their assistants, to ensure strong leadership and outcomes in the organisation.

**About you**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar sized or larger organisation. Previous experience as an EA to the CEO desirable.
- Outstanding professional conduct and an impeccable reputation for maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Superior time management, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, including executive management, board and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage virtual meetings, conferences and events.
