**What you’ll do**:
The **Project Support Officer** provides project managers and clients with project support, estimates, project information and reports and a project support service. The Project Support Officer is responsible for entering opportunities and Projects into the CRM and CPPM systems, co-ordinating travel and resources and other administrative duties as directed by the project manager that they are supporting.

**What you’ll bring**:
Some of your key skills and experience may include:

- Certification IV in Project Management highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a role in business or finance administration where you had a high degree of project work.
- Ideally you have worked within an engineering, design, construction, trade or similar organisation.
- Experience in the use of project management software packages, such as MS Project and an understanding of cost and schedule control is desirable.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and lead others.
- Strong reporting skills.
