**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Scheduler to optimise investment in salaries through efficient rostering of the stores. This role will induct the new team members and will complete all on boarding requirement, managing and coordinating all team training, instore and on staff training portal.
**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:
- Develop weekly rosters using scheduling program. Rosters to be published 2 weeks in advance.
- Manage day to day scheduling including covering unplanned leave.
- On an ongoing basis analyse data with Operations Manager, Beauty Category Manager and Sales Managers to identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiencies. Rostering to the evolving needs of the business.
- Maintain scheduling program Time and Attendance to ensure accurate information is received for Payroll processing.
- Maintain Airport Annual Leave Calendar to ensure leave liability is managed.
- Together with the Operations Manager forecast recruitment needs.
- Ensure uniforms, car parking cards and any other documentation required by new starters is completed and actioned.
- Coordinate Induction session will all new team members.
- Coordinate requests for training from brands, maintain a training calendar and organising suitable training rooms and refreshments.
- Support local management and HR by coordinating and administering HIRE (bulk recruitment) sessions where required.
- Assist and support with safety processes, working with HR to ensure a safe work environment is provided to all Lotte employees and visitors.
- General administrative duties including ensuring compliance, ordering office and shop floor supplies, mail postage & distribution and distribution of incentives
- Such other duties as the employer may require from time to time
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:
- Identifying roster efficiencies across shifts
- Ensure salaries and wages remain within budget
**WHO ARE YOU?**
**_ Essential:_**
- Previous Roster Scheduling experience using a Rostering Time in Attendance Software System;
- Capability to interpret and analyse data to identify efficiency gaps or improved productivity opportunities;
- Intermediate Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.) skills;
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service;
- Must be proactive, hands on and have a strong sense of urgency;
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems;
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team;
- Ability to work independently when required;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication;
**_ Desirable:_**
- Previous operations experience within the retail industry;
- Knowledge and experience in developing procedures and processes;
- Previous experience in a 24/7 shift work environment.
