Over the past decade, we have come leaps and bounds, operating from 3 stores, HQ and fulfilment centre, but we can’t do it alone

**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE.**

The role includes, but isn’t limited to:

- Product enrichment to drive conversion rate optimisation includes websizing using adobe, tagging products, merchandising, categorising them into edits, measuring garments if required
- Support the eCommerce and Marketing team with daily tasks as needed
- Assist with UAT for website maintenance and project development work
- Review website performance metrics and provide reporting that shares insights and optimization recommendations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of fashion trends aligned to Bariano.
- Entering data into a variety of systems with high attention to detail
- Perform daily checks on site, ensuring products are displaying as required (images/ descriptions) and raising any issues.
- Assist in the onsite execution and delivery of our national sales campaigns, including landing page creation, product optimisation, site merchandising and banner updates.
- Innovate and strategies new methodologies to improve online customer experience touch points on the website via Shopify.
- Be proactive and innovative to continually reek out ways to optimise processes, improve website efficiency and speed and strength user experience.
- Attend to all online sales end to end (pick and pack).
- Merchandise new arrivals section in accordance with marketing activity and manage automated merchandising rules.
- Address all customer enquiries on all digital platforms in a timely manner when required.
- Ensuring timely import of products and stock management.
- Ensure accurate categorization and filter attributes of products.
- Assist with creating new banners and graphics on the website front page.
- Create, modify and remove categories and content as required ensuring redirects and links are in working order.
- Assist with website development and improve onsite engagement, usability and maximise conversion.
- Upload content on 3rd party market place and ensure optimisation.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE.**
- Either completing, or recently completed a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or other relevant degree
- Have experience with Shopify with a must or willing to do a course in Shopify before starting the role
- An understanding of how to read Google Analytics, Shopify reports and Klaviyo click rates

Experience in a similar role would be great but we are also happy to teach you everything you need to know.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $70.00 per year
