**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Retail Operations Coordinator **to join our team We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team player who will support the operation of the business by providing effective and professional administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer.

**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:

- Support to the COO to maintain an organised electronic filing system;
- Scheduling meetings when required, book meeting rooms and circulate invitations via zoom and teams;
- Coordinate and raise orders for store consumables;
- Maintain the Store Operations Activity Calendar;
- Compile regular and adhoc reports and presentations;
- Extract data and produce reports to support the implementation of operational strategies, sales targets and budgets.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Competency and quality in administration functions;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Accuracy in communication and presentation of reports;
- Achieving consumable expenses within allocated budget;
- In stock of store consumables.

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- Min 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant;
- Advanced Microsoft office skills with the ability to become familiar with company specific programs and software;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong organisational project management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi task;
- A sense of urgency with the ability to manage workload to achieve deadlines;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Friendly and professional demeanor
