We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Showroom & Service Manager** to lead our Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within a high-performing team.
**About the Role**
As the Showroom & Service Manager, you will be responsible for creating a premium showroom experience, ensuring customers receive expert advice and outstanding service. You will work with the directors to oversee stock levels, pricing, and team performance, while also contributing to budgeting and target achievement.

**Key Responsibilities**
**- Showroom & Product Management** - Manage product selection, displays, and overall showroom presentation.
**- Stock & Pricing Oversight** - Monitor stock levels and ensure competitive pricing strategies. Collaborating with our warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
**- Customer Service & Sales** - Lead the team in delivering expert advice, product knowledge, and a seamless customer experience.
**- Team Leadership** - Oversee the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring performance targets are met.
**- Budget & Target Management** - Set and manage budgets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
**- Recruitment & Training** - Assist the Directors in selecting, onboarding, and training showroom staff.
**- Workplace Compliance** - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
**About You**
- Relevant management experience, ideally in the fireplace or luxury building materials industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and team development.
- Excellent customer service and sales ability.
- Well networked and contacts with architects, builders, interior designers, developers and other specifiers is highly desirable.
- Strong budgeting and stock management skills.
- Technical expertise or product knowledge relevant to the fireplace market is highly regarded.
- Ability to maintain high showroom presentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary commensurate with experience from $80-85K + Super
