**About The Company**

Our client is part of a large ASX-listed business in the financial services sector. They are looking for an experienced collector to join their high-performing team.

**About The Role**

Our client is looking for an experienced collections guru to join a team who has a proven track record in collections and skip tracing customers. The role will report directly to the Collections Manager and will form part of a small, focused and specialised team.

**What are you going to do?**

Manage overdue aged debt accounts (mainly commercial ) and make all efforts to collect outstanding debt

Skip trace to locate and contact customers

Negotiate with customers

Make a high levels of outbound calls

Instruct mercantile agents to conduct field calls and undertake repossession

Liaise with legal department to action matters as necessary

Adhere to external regulatory and internal policy requirements and system processes

**What are we looking for? Someone who possess**:

- Minimum 2 years collections experience (in particular equipment finance)
- Experience at skip tracing
- Solid negotiating skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Hardworking and eager to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
