We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Customer Relations business in an entry level capacity as a Relationship Officer. As a Relationship Officer your primary aim will be to support the on-site activities of the Customer Relationship team and assist in building effective working relationships with key customer stakeholders. In so doing you will assist in growing and developing business from new and existing clients.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Customer Relations business in an entry level capacity as a Relationship Officer. As a Relationship Officer your primary aim will be to support the on-site activities of the Customer Relationship team and assist in building effective working relationships with key customer stakeholders. In so doing you will assist in growing and developing business from new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally on a daily basis to requests from Customers and Relationship Managers on all administrative tasks relevant to effective fleet management and growth in the business
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved and all parties are kept suitably informed on progress
- Pro-active management of the lease expiry and replacement process, ensuring that contracts are linked in all circumstances
- Engage with customers to better understand their fleet requirements, to enable us to anticipate their needs
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Solid experience working in a professional services administration environment with a high level of focus on customer service/sales activities
- Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management and other MS Office products
