**How will I help?**

Please note this is a 12 month maternity leave cover.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Following Westpac Group Indigenous recruitment process for recruitment delivery
- Managing targeted recruitment campaigns for identified roles
- Supporting current Indigenous employees and program participants (trainees, interns, and graduates) to transition into new roles
- Developing & implementing Indigenous sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools

**What do I need?**

You will have proven experience as a recruiter either working in an agency or in house. You will be an advocate for inclusion and diversity and have passion and drive to be a champion for Indigenous recruitment. Prior experience in this area would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will have exceptional verbal and written communications and have the ability to deliver multiple outcomes in very tight timeframes in a pressured environment. You will be good at building strong and meaningful relationships and have excellent stakeholder engagement and management. With a strong attention to detail, you have a proven ability to deliver the best possible results and show determination, resourcefulness, and a sense of purpose in achieving this.

Your creativity brings new perspective to complex problems to ensure engagement and embedding of change. At all times demonstrating the highest level of ethical behaviour & personal integrity.
