- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at community, professional and government levels.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, as well as proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous communities.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., recruitment, Human Resources, Indigenous Studies, Social Work, Community Development) preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Federal Police Check
- Medical (Including drug & alcohol)
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
